A working get-together for volunteers — the Flyer calls it our volunteer meeting, but you don't have to be signed up for anything to come. If you already help out, or you've been meaning to and want to see how it works first, you're in the right place. Moms, dads, grandparents and friends of Fairmount all welcome.
An interactive evening to connect with other volunteers, share ideas and help shape what's next for Fairmount. We want you there, and we want your voice heard.
We've got a fun challenge planned, plus we're introducing our new Volunteer Kit — a support document so no one is left figuring it out alone. Whatever you take on, you'll have backup.
Come with ideas, questions, or just a willingness to learn and help. No childcare this time, and nothing to sign up for — just turn up. Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. And we want you at the table.
Ways to Get Involved »Questions? Olivia, our VP of Volunteers, is your person — vp@fairmountpta.org
A full week of online bidding, running right alongside Fairmount Goes All In — then the whole thing culminates in a live auction at the party on November 13.
Getaways, experiences, local favorites and a few things you won't see anywhere else. Sneak peeks coming soon — start deciding now what you're going after.
Own a business, or have something great to offer? We're still building the catalog, and every item makes the night bigger.
Donate an Auction Item »Parents are welcome to watch from the gym or cafeteria — please stay for the whole parade before heading to classrooms or off to work. PTA-sponsored class parties follow, run by our Room Parents.
Costumes: students come to school dressed, and bring regular clothes to change into after the party. No masks covering faces except during the parade · no gore, fake blood or weapons · no makeup or hair dye that's distracting during the school day. Parents, same rules — no adult face masks, please.

👋 Proudly serving our Firebirds in Golden, Colorado. We're your all-volunteer PTA — a 501(c)(3) partnering with families, teachers and staff to make every child's potential a reality.
Here's how this year's budget breaks down.
Wondering why we ask you to join and to give? Your $22 membership doesn't buy the field trip. It buys the organization that makes the field trip possible — the legal standing, the insurance, the volunteers, the vote. Then the other 95% of our budget pays for the trip.
Every family makes Fairmount stronger — whether you join, give, or lend an hour. It all lands on our kids. Every Child. One Voice. Go Firebirds! 🔥
Join us for a parents-only, casino-night-themed evening featuring table games, entertainment, a silent auction and plenty of time to get out of the house and connect with other Fairmount parents—all while supporting our school.

Help Us Make It Irresistible
Own a business? Have access to tickets, a vacation rental, a class, a service, or an experience? Know someone who does? We'd love to hear from you. And it doesn't need to be a huge, big-ticket donation. A great product, gift card, or monetary contribution can become something people are genuinely excited to bid on.
Every contribution helps turn one really fun parents' night out into more support for Fairmount students.
